Jacob Joosten started cutting grass with a push mower in 2014 when he was just 11 years old. Under the guidance of his Father & Grandpa telling him to start a business cutting grass, He began knocking on doors and cutting lawns in his neighborhood and saving money as a young child.
Fast forward a few years to 2016 as Jacob's Business Continued to Grow, Jacob began to enter high school and had an opportunity to begin doing some snow removal work and purchased his first snow plow tractor.
Near the end of high school Jacob took a Co-op class and began to learn how to do landscape design, installation, manage crews, equipment and how to offer proper customer service thru hands on training.
After Jacob's Co-op was finished, he then began doing landscape installation & property maintenance on a larger scale - hiring a lot of friends from highschool as his first employees.
As the business continued to grow Jacob was able to purchase his first property at just 19 years old and began building an office space & systems for running his business more effectively.
In his spare time he enjoys volunteering with local service clubs in his community, spending time with his family & friends, camping, playing guitar, spending time with his dog & researching the horticultural industry.
Jacob has completed multiple levels of schooling & training throughout the years including - Training for Heavy Equipment - Excavator, Backhoe & Bulldozer, Chainsaw and Arboriculture Classes, First Aid & CPR Certifications, Pipeline & Construction Safety Training, Traffic Control Safety & Many More Certifications.
Jacob invisions to grow his business as he continues on thru life and be able to service & build a relationship with his customers, give back to his community & take care of his employees so they can build a future and life for themselves.
